Terms of Service

By using the Aero Connect service ("the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms cover all features of your account and apply to all users of our cloud-based gaming network optimization utility.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

The Service is provided exclusively to individuals aged 18 or older (or minors with explicit guardian consent). Each user is solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• All activities conducted through their account.
• Ensuring their device configurations comply with these terms.

2. Service Description

Aero Connect provides a cloud-based network optimization utility designed to enhance connection efficiency, reduce latency, and improve stability when connecting to global multiplayer gaming servers. The Service:

• Optimizes network and DNS query resolution paths for supported gaming applications.
• Does not encrypt data traffic, anonymize, or mask your real IP address.
• Does not throttle bandwidth or impose network speed limits.
• Is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming use.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Aero Connect Service for:

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling any part of the Service.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior online.
• Attempting to bypass the software license verification or account systems.
• Unauthorized access attempts to networks, systems, or devices.
• Bypassing geo-restrictions or regional locks for streaming media (e.g., Netflix, Hulu) or non-gaming applications. The Service is strictly for gaming network optimization.
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Account Management

Inactivity Policy

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Paid accounts with active subscription status are exempt from this policy.

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration as the original term unless canceled.
• Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full credit card details.
• Fraudulent payment attempts or chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
• Prices may be adjusted with reasonable advance notice via email.

Fair Usage

Account credentials and Service access are intended for personal use on a maximum of 3 concurrent devices per account. Excessive sharing of account access or automated scraping may result in usage limitations or account termination to ensure service quality for all users.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for optimal performance, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service operation.
• Specific connection speeds, latency metrics, or uptime percentages, as these depend on third-party ISPs and game servers.
• Compatibility with every device, application, or network configuration.
• Performance outcomes for third-party applications optimized by our Service.

Aero Connect does not monitor, host, or interact with the content of your third-party application data.

6. Data & Privacy

Our handling of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Modifications to Terms or Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aero Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aero Connect, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aero Connect is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
